The Slow Food Sussex Seasonal Recipe Competition will aim to unearth the best, easy-to-follow recipes which use seasonal ingredients that are local to Sussex. We will not simply be looking for ‘foodie’ or restaurant dishes, but everyday family ideas which use the local, seasonal produce of East and West Sussex in inspiring and original ways.
